Conference registration is mandatory. It is free of charges, and includes access to all technical sessions. The registrations close on September, 27th, namely one week prior the beginning of the conference.
The conference relies on WHOVA as event organization platform, and Zoom to enable the online sessions. Conference attendants may participate to the conference without installing any software on their device.
Privacy and Security
The personal information supplied in connection with this registration will be held by the conference organizers as a record of attendance. By registering for this conference the parties concerned are agreeing that the conference organizers may use that personal information to contact them by email, with the sole purpose to provide services, and supply information relevant to this conference. The organizers will not share this information with the event sponsors.
The conference only relies on web sites that use industry standard security measures in its operation, including the use of SSL to encrypt all data transferred from the user.
Recording and Streaming
The videos of the technical sessions will be streamed online through the social media channels of the conference. They will also be recorded, and made publicly available on the conference web site.
Participation into this conference constitutes consent to be video recorded and authorizes the distribution by the conference organizers through social media channels, WHOVA and on the conference web site.
No recordings are permitted for the attendees during the sessions at the conference without prior, written approval by the conference organizers.
Liability
