The goal of these events is to provide a reference discussion forum for the Italian BPM community. The forum aims to foster discussion among researchers as well as their interaction with industry and public administration about recent trends, experiences, applications and opportunities of cooperation.
ITBPM 2020 welcomes the submission of research, industry and application contributions. Submission of regular papers presenting original work is encouraged as well as contributions in the form of extended abstracts describing results reported in papers already accepted for publication elsewhere.
