Set-up

After a general feedback moment, the PhD proposals of the admitted PhD students will be the subject of guided table discussions. One table holds a maximum of 6 seats: 1 or 2 admitted PhD students, plus registered participants. A mixture of junior and senior researchers is strived for. Each table will discuss the research of the PhD students, based on questions they need to answer.

At the end of the DC, each admitted PhD student should be able to position his or her research project in a clear way. We close the day by having pitches of the PhD students, based on the discussions during the day.

During the ICPM conference, 1-on-1 meetings between the PhD student and the expert reviewers who took part in the selection process are facilitated.
