In this introductory training, you will learn the basics of process mining:

- Learn simplification strategies and practice with a hands-on exercise.
- Finally, we will discuss use cases for different industries and roles.
Bring your laptop! You learn most about process mining if you apply it yourself. This highly interactive training lets you follow all the steps on your computer. You will receive a training license for the process mining software Disco and training data sets. We recommend installing the software before you come to the training (see instructions below).
