Each registration profile includes (check the program overview for dates):
- Full registration: all sessions and all social events except the PhD party.
- Student registration (only students allowed): all sessions and all social events.
- Industry days only (22-23 Oct): industry days only, including social dinner.
- Workshops only (20 Oct): workshops day only, including the welcome reception.
- Industry days only + Workshops only (20, 22-23 Oct): industry days only plus workshops only, including the welcome reception and the social dinner.

Refund policy: if your registration is not associated with a paper and you have to cancel the registration, you get 90% back until 30 days before the start of the event and 50% up until 15 days prior to the event. After that, no reimbursements will be made. If the registration is associated with a paper we are afraid no reimboursments will be possible.
LatinAmerican participants: we will provide partial fundings for posgraduate students participation (instructions will be published soon) and we are working on extending also for researchers. We will also support the participation of Uruguayan professionals to attend the industry day. Stay tunned for news about the scholarships we will be awarding to attend the conference !
