If you need a VISA
To ask for an invitation letter to participate in the conference, please send an email to the organization team indicating your name as it appears in your Passport, your Passport number, date of birth, and country that issue the passport, and your affiliation.
Also, please provide information on whether you are presenting a paper indicating the number of the paper, the title and authors, and the track where it is accepted (main track, workshop name, demos, doctoral consortium). Additionally, we will also need documentation providing your entrance and departure dates from the country, and the hotel booking.
