Registration is now open! Considering some technical problems with the payment systems and alignment with workshop notifications, we have extended the early-bird registration to 21/09.
The following fees apply:
- Full registration: early bird (until
15/08/202225/09/2022) 450€; late 600€. - Student registration: early bird (until 15/08/2022) 300€; late 400€.
- Industry day only: 150€.
- Workshop day only: 200€.
A Group registration, that is, a package of 5 full/student registrations, comes with a 20% discount (i.e., one registration free). Get in touch with the general chair to apply the discount, communicating the names in the group, and whether you prefer to apply the discount as a linear cut for the whole group, or in the form of free registrations.
Two important notes:
- Use the registration site only if you need to pay. For those who can use a free registration (either because this is in your sponsorship package, or because you are an invited speaker, or because you should benefit from the discount above), please send an e-mail to Hannes Hell (ccing Marco Montali).
- The last phase, concerning the payment, may show some Italian content: you can change the language in the top part of the interface (that by default shows IT). In any case, proceed simply by authenticating there with the username and password used when registering to conftool. If you experience issues with the payment, send a screenshot with the error to Hannes Hell (ccing Marco Montali).

Refund policy: if you have to cancel the registration, you get 90% back until 30 days before the start of the event and 50% up until 15 days prior to the event. After that, no reimbursements will be made
