The KPMG Centre of Excellence for Process Mining as part of KPMG Global Data Analytics Lighthouse was founded in 2018 to promote and facilitate the use of process mining technology across KPMG member firms and its clients. KPMG Centre of Excellence for process mining offers consultancy services for introducing and implementing process mining solutions, scaling its applications, designing operating models and management strategies for its wide adoption at client’s organizations.
